That’s amore! Actress Melissa McCarthy recently purchased a posh penthouse in Manhattan‘s Little Italy neighborhood.

We’re guessing the “Bridesmaids” star experienced love at first sight for the pristine condo in the Grand Mulberry, a 20-unit new development designed by architect Morris Adjmi.

While the final sale price is unknown, the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath apartment was most recently listed for $7.35 million.

It’s loaded with luxe amenities, including a gorgeous open-plan kitchen with white oak flooring and a huge landscaped terrace that hugs the corner apartment.

The roughly 2,400-square-foot penthouse offers plenty of living space for McCarthy, her husband, Ben Falcone, and their two children.

But the family of four might not even bother hanging out inside since the terrace is that stunning. Amazing views, room for large planters, and lovely living and dining areas make this the best place to be morning, noon, and night.

Building amenities include a doorman and a bike storage area. The building is also the new home of the Italian American Museum, which is expected to reopen this fall.

Lest you think the “Ghostbusters” star makes do with just a single home, McCarthy also owns a three-bedroom, two-bath house in Toluca Lake, CA, that she bought in 2009 for $780,000.

She’s been renting out this pretty property in the San Fernando Valley for a few years now, but the investment will likely pay off big-time when she’s ready to sell. The home, which comes with a pool, spa tub, and fireplace, is currently valued at over $2 million, nearly triple what McCarthy paid.

McCarthy’s second Toluca Lake home, which previously belonged to Alan Thicke, set her back $3.5 million.

This 8,656-square-foot mansion features six bedrooms, six baths, a pool, and even a guest suite with a kitchen. The Spanish Colonial, built in 1963, sits behind electric gates on sweeping grounds that also include a lighted tennis court.

McCarthy’s third West Coast pad is a refurbished modern farmhouse in Valley Village, an upscale neighborhood north of Los Angeles. She purchased the four-bed, 3.5-bath home in 2014 for $2.4 million.

The 8,000-square-foot home was built in 1936 and has custom cabinets and paneling as well as an elegant living and dining area that opens to a lush private yard with a pool.

Not all of McCarthy’s homes are on the West Coast. Last but not least, McCarthy picked up a mansion in Atlanta in 2018 for $2.3 million.

The 7,800-square-foot home with six bedrooms and seven baths sits on an acre lot and was built in 1960.
