Dan Reynolds already owns two enviable homes in the Los Angeles area — an $11 million Malibu Beach house that formerly belonged to Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, and a 1913 Spanish-style main residence in the hip Eagle Rock neighborhood. Now the Las Vegas-born lead vocalist of Grammy-winning rock band Imagine Dragons has added to his property portfolio, picking up a fully customized spread in Los Feliz.

Records show the 35-year-old “Radioactive” singer — who recently separated from his wife and fellow rocker Aja Volkman after more than 10 years of marriage — doled out $5.8 million for the midcentury modern digs, which were originally constructed back in the mid-1950s and have since been extensively renovated. First listed in January with a nearly $8 million ask, the price was reduced twice before going to Reynolds at a substantial discount.

Tucked away on a hillside parcel resting behind a lengthy gated driveway and lush tropical landscaping, the two-story residence is sited on one of the community’s most sought-after streets, just steps from Griffith Park. Fronted by a motorcourt with a handy car turntable and striking porte-cochère entryway, the stucco structure features four bedrooms and five baths in over 6,000 square feet of living space boasting coffered walnut ceilings, honed limestone floors and white Onyx skylights throughout.

The glassy front door opens into a welcoming foyer that steps up to a massive open-concept great room ideal for entertaining with floor-to-ceiling steel and Fleetwood doors spilling out to the backyard. Here you’ll find a sizable living room that connects to a sleekly designed kitchen outfitted with Carrera marble, bespoke walnut cabinetry, and top-tier Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, plus an adjacent dining area.

Upstairs, a spacious master suite comes complete with a private balcony holding an outdoor shower, as well as a sitting area, walk-in closet, and luxe bath sporting dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub and glass encased shower. Elsewhere are a trio of guest bedrooms — two of which have their own Juliet balconies — along with a screening room and an office.

Outdoors, the nearly half-acre grounds are laced with fruit and palm trees, and host a grassy backyard equipped with a small saltwater pool and chess set, along with a large guesthouse/entertainment space adorned with a built-in bar, steam shower, bath and temperature-controlled wine room. Topping it all off: a brand-new roof deck offering sweeping city lights views.
